Deposits & Cancellations

Standard Season

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival, the guest will pay a 10% administrative fee of the total amount and be refunded the balance of the deposit. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival, the reservation will be 100% non-refundable (Including no-shows). If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.

Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival

Full payment of any activities (ski lift tickets, golf, massages, etc.) is due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION, CHANGE OR NO-SHOW

**Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.

OTHER

Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Maximum of one credit card per reservation accepted. If the credit card holder is a different person from the reservation holder, a credit card authorization form must be remitted in order to process the reservation. Third party reservations will not be accepted without a copy of the authorization form on file.

Damage Waivers/Security Deposit: : At check-in, a pre-authorization may be required as a security deposit. The pre-authorization amount varies by property. This amount is $1000 for Montebello . The funds will be released 5-7 days after your departure. The guest authorizes Whistler Premier to charge to the credit card on file the costs of any additional damage, incidentals and/or applicable fees resulting from the non-compliance with any policy, even if this charge exceeds the security deposit.

Minimum Age Requirements: Guests must be a minimum age of 19 years in order to make a reservation and must occupy the unit for the entire duration of the stay. * The Majority of Guests in any given party must be a minimum of 19 years old. * Clients will be asked to provide identification when checking in to ensure that they meet the age requirement.

Where applicable, nothing in these terms, conditions, and/or policies limits an individual’s ability to seek reasonable accommodation based on their protected characteristic(s), including, without limitation, age, in the provision of accommodation, service or facility offered by 2162161 Alberta LTD dba Whistler Premier. To the extent that there is any conflict between these terms, conditions, and/or policies and the Code, the Code shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must be confirmed at the time of booking and any change must be approved prior to arrival. In all cases, the number of guests cannot exceed the pre-determined maximum occupancy of the unit.

Pet/Smoking Policy: Sorry, NO PETS and NO SMOKING in any of our accommodations. A minimum fee of $250 will apply should this policy be violated.

Bike Storage: Please note, that bikes are not permitted in guest rooms except the garage. A $250 fine will be issued, should this policy be violated.

Peace of Mind Program: The Reservation Fee charged on your booking includes the Peace of Mind (POM) damage coverage program. POM provides up to $3,000 of coverage against accidental damage to the unit or its contents during your stay. You are encouraged, but not required, to report any accidents so they can be addressed quickly. Damage that exceeds $3,000 in value or is related to carelessness, vandalism, intentional misuse of the property, or illegal activities is not covered by the Peace of Mind program. Such costs will be your responsibility and will be charged against the credit card on file with your reservation.

DISCLAIMER

Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Whistler Premier reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality. Specific bedding requests and views etc. are on a request basis and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate all guest requests.

*Please note, that each Whistler Premier unit is self-contained. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher & laundry detergent) for the first night or two of a guest’s stay, will be supplied. Additional supplies may be purchased at the front desk, or at one of the stores in Whistler Village.
